Graham Peddie holds an LL.B. from Queen’s University where he studied international law and peace studies. He brings nearly two decades of private-sector leadership experience in building, scaling and turning around complex organizations. As a senior operations executive, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director roles, he has led distributed workforces of more than 500 people across multiple sites, launched new operations in Canada and the United States, and restructured loss-making businesses into a profitable operations. At NC-CIPSER, Graham advises on organizational development and operations, and co-authored a policy report on the Department of National Defence’s role in Canada’s critical infrastructure framework.
