In the case of an on-campus emergency, dial “4444″ from any campus telephone, or “613-520-4444″ from a mobile or pay phone (free call from any campus pay phone).

If you are not on campus, call 9-1-1.

Clinics and Hospitals

CUSERT strives to provide students with the best emergency medical care possible. In the event that further treatment is required, our responders will make sure that you are transported to a location that can further assist you. Health and Counselling Services operates a clinic on campus. Additional and after-hours emergency medical services are also available.

Health Services

Carleton University

For all students: The main clinic on campus is located in the Carleton Training and Technology Centre building room 2600. You can either call 613-520-6674 or book an appointment in person.

For students living in residence: Counselling is available September to April in room 223D Residence Commons. Call 613-520-2600 Ext. 8061 to make an appointment.

For International and Exchange students: Students can access counselling specific to their needs through the international student counsellor. You can make an appointment by calling the main clinic at 613-520-6674 or 613-520-2600 Ext. 4205. On Mondays you can call the ISSO at 613-520-6600 starting at 8:30am to book an appointment for a drop in session the same afternoon. Appointment slots for drop in sessions are 30 minutes in length and start at 1:30pm
