Digital Strategy Update: Phase 2 Consultations Beginning
In developing the Digital Strategy, we are taking a multi-phase approach to consultation.
As a starting point, the project team looked at existing input already gathered during previous consultations held for the SIP, the Coordinated Accessibility Strategy, and the EDI Action Plan to identify feedback related to technology or a digital theme. Following this initial research, we began gathering our own feedback from the Carleton community.
Phase 1 – General, Online Feedback
In Phase 1, we developed some general questions and put out a call to faculty, staff and students to share their thoughts and ideas. That phase is now complete, and we are collating the data and identifying overarching themes.
Phase 2 – Targeted, Virtual Consultations
We are now in Phase 2 and set to start targeted consultations with faculties, divisions and departments across the university. The aim is to engage a cross-section of the campus, and to do a deeper dive.
