Annie Zhang is a first-year graduate student in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Carleton University, where she also completed her bachelor’s degree in computer science with a concentration in Game Development. This strong foundation in both technical programming and creative interactive design positions her uniquely to explore how digital tools can enhance user experiences in innovative ways.

As a new member of the research team, Annie brings fresh perspectives to projects like EDIT-STEM, where she contributes to the development of engaging, accessible learning technologies.
