Alexis is a PhD student within the Energy and Emissions Research Laboratory investigating soot formation from flares. She is currently focusing on translating her experiments and knowledge into models for industrial use. Prior to joining the EERL Alexis completed her Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
