Carol Brereton received both her MAS. and PhD from Carleton University within the EERL. Her main research interests are improving the ease of location and quantification of emissions, especially fugitives within the upstream oil and gas sector, wind and concentration data integration, and modelling emission releases in complex industrial domains. She is also interested in the development of novel methane measurement technologies.
