Recruitment Information Session Package
Featured Job - $100*
Make hiring easy – reach more candidates and attract top student and new grad talent when you post a Featured Job!
Your Featured Job includes:
- Logo placement and highlighting on the main student page of CUHire, Carleton’s online employment portal, for four weeks and;
- Your posting will be actively promoted to your target audience across Career Services’ social media channels in the weeks leading up to the application deadline.

Event Promotion Package - $100*
If you are hosting an event/virtual information session and would benefit from promotion to Carleton students, this package is for you!
This package includes:
Recruitment Information Session Package - $300*
When booking a Recruitment Information Session, our team will work with you to plan the event to showcase your organization directly to Carleton students.
This package includes:
- A Featured Job (as above);
- Hosting a Carleton-specific event/information session;
- Advertising your event/information session on the Career Services and Co-operative Education Events Calendar;
- Linking your active job posting(s), including your Featured Job, to your information session for cross promotion;
- Direct email campaign to target student group and related student societies;
- Our team will manage student registration and give you updates on registration numbers;
- Use of our Zoom or Microsoft Teams corporate licence (optional);
- Online application tracking and resume bundling for any active job posting(s) on CUHire OR provision of a resume book (optional);
- A member of our team will be present throughout the information session
Grad School Information Session Package - $200*
(For Educational Institutions Only)
Information sessions are the perfect platform for educational institutions to promote their Master’s, Ph.D., diploma, or professional training and certification programs to a targeted group of students. When booking a grad school information session, our team will plan the event and can assist by hosting the event virtually or in person.
This package includes:
- Advertising your school’s information session on the Career Services and Co-operative Education event calendar
- Email marketing to targeted students
- A member of our team will attend and provide support (as needed) throughout the event
- Use of our Zoom or Microsoft Teams corporate licence (optional)
