Promote your inclusiveness as an employer
Include an equal opportunity statement on all job postings, but do not stop there, set yourself apart. Highlight your diversity; do you have working groups for employees with disabilities or awareness initiatives? Do you have an HR representative who specifically works with minorities? Do you have any employees with disabilities willing to provide a testimonial or to respond to student questions/concerns?
