If you are one of several Financial Approvers on a FOAPAL Index, there is nothing you need to you do, other than inform others that you will be away. The other Financial Approvers will continue to receive the approval notification emails.
If you are the sole Financial Approver on a FOAPAL Index, you will need to contact Financial Services at to initiate a delegation of authority on the FOAPAL Index. For research-related FOAPAL indexes, please contact your Fund Administrator in Research Accounting.
