What is your favourite thing about the program?

I love that the Women and Gender Studies program recognizes the significance of personal narratives and experiences while creating accessible spaces for these experiences to be shared.

What will you miss the most?

I will miss all the amazing professors and students who led me through learning and unlearning by supporting and challenging me.

Favourite place on campus?

The UC atrium where I spent so much time rehearsing with my dance crew: CUDC.

What is your favourite reading/book/text from the program?

“Theory as Liberatory Practice” by bell hooks is a powerful text I find myself frequently rereading.
