Katerina Timmons

A proud Human Resources Leader, Kat Timmons holds a Bachelors of Applied Science from Acadia University and also a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Carleton University. She has worked in Human Resources for several years in industries such as Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Health and Wellness, Entertainment and more. Daily she oversees the full suite of human resources operations, while being responsible for ensuring strategic alignment to the organization. She has a passion for leadership development and consults on organizational development. Developing and planning for the future leaders of tomorrow should be a top priority to all and having highly motivated, employee-oriented workplace cultures is key.

Kat is delighted to teach Learning and Development and Organizational Behaviour with Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business in the Human Resources Management Program. She is an active Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) member and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
