Tamara Miller
Tamara is a dedicated HR Leader with 16+ years of broad experience across all aspects of the talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, organizational culture and retention. Her work and volunteer experience in the not-for profit sector and at a Federal Crown Corporation has included leading enterprise wide HRIS and ERP system training and implementation, building large-scale leadership events, succession management planning, designing corporate training that drives performance, employee experience, developing talent mobility strategies, executive recruitment and more. Tamara has worked with Sprott since 2018 and she is committed to building strong, psychologically safe relationships, both as a people leader and in her work as a facilitator.
Tamara holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Carleton University, a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation From the University of Ottawa and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Sprott School of Business. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader, a Certified Training and Development Professional and a Certified Changed Management Practitioner.
