Helene Paquet-Young

Hélène is a results-oriented professional with over 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Hélène is a CPA CMA and holds a B.Comm from the University of Guelph and a M.A. in Public Administration from Carleton University. Following many years at Oxfam Canada, Hélène moved on to Oxfam International, a global NGO with projects in over 65 countries. There, she oversaw Oxfam’s integrated risk management framework, as well as coordinated the development of risk management policies across the Oxfam confederation.

Hélène is currently the CFO and Executive Director, Corporate Services at Curling Canada, the national governing body for curling in Canada, which oversees programs from youth and club development to high performance national teams, as well as planning and delivering annual major events such as the Scotties, the Brier and World Curling Championships.
