Senior Business Analyst with 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate the complexities of change within the framework of People, Processes (data) and Technology (tools).
As a founding member of the International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA) she contributed to the BABOK V3 and was the Head of Learning Development. Maureen’s work with the IIBA included the development of the BA career path and a strategy to promote the role of Business Analysis in the Canadian Government.
Over her career Maureen has worked in public, private, law-enforcement/corrections, science, and not-for-profit organizations. She has travelled internationally evaluating business analysis practices and promoting the role of the business analyst. She has taught over 1000 business analysts in 5 continents in subjects ranging from eliciting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, analysis techniques, process optimization.
