He is a dedicated real estate finance professional with 10 years of experience and a proven track record of success and leadership in commercial and residential real estate, focusing on developments, repositions, and value add opportunities. He has advanced skills in financial modelling and risk underwriting matched with an opportunistic view ensuring capital is deployed to achieve risk-adjusted returns. Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOMM) from the University of Windsor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
