Patrick is a pragmatic achiever with extensive experience in the areas of leadership coaching, team effectiveness, and organisational development. Throughout his career, Patrick has demonstrated his creativity, business sense and analytical skills, and his ability to approach challenges in a holistic fashion first, before zooming in to solve smaller issues, and then reintegrating all layers into a “big-picture”, actionable solution and plan. During the first 16 years of his career, Patrick held various leadership positions at a number of technology-focused companies such as Cisco, Telus, Videotron and Ultra Forensic Technology. His expertise lies in marketing, product management, and customer service, and he has a solid operational background in R&D, engineering, IT telecom, and Multimedia. For the last 12 years, Patrick has been running CRINQ Leadership, a boutique leadership coaching and organizational consulting practice focused on developing the individual capabilities and improving the team effectiveness of his clients. 

Fluently bilingual, Patrick has a diverse background including a BEng and an MSc from McGill University, as well as a Teaching Diploma, an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching – supplemented with the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation. In 2020, Patrick published “LEADERSHIP VELOCITY: Coaching Approach, Best Practices and Tools to accelerate the Development of Leaders”, available in paperback and digital formats on Amazon.
