Dr. Namakula is a new faculty member of the Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies and will be teaching many courses in the Human Rights and Social Justice department. Dr. Namakula had an interview with IIS for students and faculty to have the opportunity to get to know her virtually. She discusses her research background, the courses she will be teaching, her goals of teaching, what students will take away from her courses, and how her courses will incorporate her research and also many situations happening around the world today.
