Justin Urquhart, CD, MBA, MPS, BSc, CISSP, is a cybersecurity and infrastructure expert with experience in both government and private sectors. As Managing Director of Founder Led Consulting Inc. since 2023, he drives strategy, product development, and service validation for universities, healthcare startups, and investors. A CAF veteran with 12 years of service, he previously led cyber risk teams at Deloitte and specialized in C5ISR technologies and secure cloud infrastructure.
