Women’s Empowerment Market hosted by Carleton’s H.O.L.A.S

Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Stop by the Women’s Empowerment Market on March 27th at 11:00am to 4:00pm in the Nideyinàn Galleria to celebrate and uplift women in our community. All products are from local Ottawa, women-owned businesses.

Join H.O.L.A.S for an on-campus market that builds on the powerful celebration of International Women’s Day, breaking stigmas and highlighting the struggles faced by women in society, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. The theme centres on raising awareness about sexual violence and providing resources for empowerment. H.O.L.A.S is thrilled to welcome female entrepreneurs and artists to showcase their work, whether it’s through selling products or displaying art that amplifies the voices of women.
