October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month! By tapping into diverse talent pools, including persons with disabilities, employers can boost their bottom line and address their hiring needs, particularly in the bio-manufacturing and processing sectors. As part of this important initiative, BioTalent Canada is hosting a series of events within Ontario to highlight the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities and debunk any misconceptions about accommodations.
Engage with IDEA advocates and employment experts to discuss hiring diverse talent within the bio-economy and how it can benefit your organization. Learn to adopt IDEA practices when recruiting new hires and seize a significant opportunity to fill these gaps effectively.
