Apply for SheBoot, a women-led business bootcamp

SheBoot is a bootcamp, taking place over 2 months in the Fall, that prepares women founders to pitch their business and secure investment. Capital Angel Network and Invest Ottawa have built SheBoot to help more women founders access capital and have more women investing in startups.

Get your startup investment ready and pitch for prize money totalling $300,000 & NRC IRAP is providing each founder in the cohort with $10K!

Apply to the 2023 SheBoot cohort here! There are 15 spots open this year – if accepted, you’ll join the cohort and commit to at least 1 day per week to the program, which includes:

• Interactive group training workshops
• Weekly practice sessions to perfect your business pitch
• One-on-one mentor meetings and investor introductions
• 9+ months of continued support (a dedicated coach & ghost board) after the bootcamp to help you maintain momentum and support you throughout your investment journey

Eligibility

• If your startup is Women-led (a woman has 33% minimum ownership of the business and holds the title of CEO, COO or CTO)
• Innovative, scalable, and tech or tech-enabled startup
• Headquartered in Canada
• Showing initial signs of traction (customer feedback, beta tested, or generating revenue)
• Looking for support and mentorship, ready to put insight into action, and eager to join a founder community
