The Nest program is a comfortable learning environment where students attend weekly workshops focused on learning the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and developing their business ideas!
What is the Nest program?
Are you interested in entrepreneurship, but don’t know where to start? Nest is the perfect place for you. Throughout this condensed summer program, the Innovation Hub helps aspiring entrepreneurs learn about identifying passion spaces and creating solutions.
With sessions led by seasoned mentors and industry experts, Nest is a comfortable environment for students to learn about entrepreneurship and what it takes. Some of the learning outcomes may include:

In addition to the valuable learning experience, the connections you will make, and the support you will receive, students enrolled in an Innovation Hub program will also receive a certificate upon completion. Each program challenges students in new ways and pushes them to develop specific skillsets. There’s no limit for how many programs you can complete, and we encourage passionate individuals who are willing to work hard to join any program when they are ready. Consisting of a wide range of topics spanning across the late summer semester, our Nest program runs weekly and sessions are delivered in-person. This structure will introduce you to the basics of business studies required to gain valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship.

Eligibility:
- The program is open to all Carleton University students
- Build a diverse team OR work as an individual
