Aaron is currently a Carleton University PhD student in the Department of Electronics with a keen interest in green energy, and his thesis is a part of his ongoing work in fusion technology. He has founded Soleinium which works to develop technologies to enable fusion to fulfill its promise as the energy source of the future. He is a dedicated researcher with nearly a decade of experience across the entire lifecycle of projects covering everything from grant and proposal writing, to financing, systems administration, simulation, CAD modelling and design, and small scale prototype manufacturing. He is passionate about R&D and its potential to meaningfully solve our biggest problems, and is working to towards building sustainable systems that enable research to transition from the lab to where its needed most.
