Andrew is a corporate banking professional with RBC Royal Bank. With a strong understanding of the needs of companies as they move through the different stages of growth, Andrew specializes in advising early stage companies navigate the hardest pain points of scaling a business.
As a graduate of RBC’s internal incubator program, RBC Expand, Andrew has the knowledge and experience to understand what it takes to go from ideation to commercialization in a short period of time.
In his current role with RBC’s commercial banking group, Andrew advises companies on growth strategies and growth capital. He works to assist clients in understanding the effects of both dilutive and non-dilutive funding options and strategies. He also assists his clients with business and financial planning, and transaction management services.
In his spare time, Andrew is an avid volunteer. Currently working with Rise Asset Management to mentor entrepreneurs who struggle with mental health and addiction, and with Junior Achievement Ottawa, to teach financial literacy to youth between the ages of 12 – 17. Andrew also facilitates a Leap Leadership Training Program through RBC to help train and shape future leaders within the organization.
With significant experience in, business development, operations, leadership, and finance, Andrew is able to provide holistic mentorship and advice to companies at any stage of development.
