Leads the development and implementation of Carleton’s innovation strategy and initiatives for the university’s Kanata North office (CU@Kanata). Responsible for supporting the logistics, operations, risk management and financial management of new university initiatives and related partnership initiatives in Kanata, through three strategic pillars: i) Talent Enablement, ii) Knowledge Mobilization and iii) Community Building.
Calvin shares over 25+ years of management consulting, global sales enablement, technology management, executive education and academic administration experience at organizations like IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Nortel, and Carleton University. He is active in the community and has a keen interest in Real Estate development, serving on the Ottawa Construction Association (OCA) Education Committee and Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association (GOHBA).
