Justin Urquhart, CD, MBA, MPS, BSc, CISSP, has significant experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and consulting, with an extensive background serving both governmental and private sectors in Canada. As Managing Director of Founder Led Consulting Inc. since September 2023, he has driven the firm’s strategy, product development, market research, and service validation to support universities, healthcare and health tech startups, venture firms, and investors. Previously, he managed engagements for Deloitte LLP, where he led risk management and cyber consulting teams. He’s a veteran, having served 12 years in the CAF, enhancing C5ISR technologies and secure cloud infrastructure. His education ranges from Queen’s University, the Royal Military College of Canada and Laurier University. Justin is bilingual in English and French and holds a CISSP certification.
