Roula Eid is a certified executive and team coach. She served for more than 25 years in different kinds of organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She started her career as a salesperson in a European franchise to end up as the CEO of an American franchise. She worked a lot with diverse teams and creating strategies for smooth inclusion and equity.
Ms. Eid is the Founder and CEO of Fingerprint Leadership that works with leaders and teams to unleash their power from within and thrive in life. She partners with her clients to understand their needs, unlock their potential and move towards the next level of achieving their mission, and their strength from within, using diversity and inclusion to achieve better goals. She is an effective, fully present listener who speaks her client’s language. Her accessible approach, positive attitude, and creativity foster trust and create safe environments that help clients lean into new territory and build new awareness. Her large experience in multi-sector managerial positions has equipped her to work with diverse leaders and teams in navigating change, reducing conflict, enhancing communication, and strengthening alignment.
