Zach is a 3rd Year Industrial Design student studying at the School of Industrial Design at Carleton University in Ottawa. Zach has a strong passion for Industrial Design and every aspect that comes along with it. Zach love’s solving problems and striving to create innovative products to solve real-world problems, especially with an interest in technology design as well as using new technologies to aid the design process.
At Hatch, Zach and business partner David look to solve a problem facing students everywhere. The difficulties of navigating Student Portals (or Student Information Systems). Using their design skill sets they hope to incorporate UI/UX design with design research to develop a brand new, intuitive, and standardized template for universities to provide better websites to their students and faculty.
