Note from the Editors
The Infrastructure Resilience Research Group (IRRG), under the Office of the Dean of Engineering and Design at Carleton University, produces the IR³ Journal to share research insights, planned activities, training opportunities, and practitioner experiences related to security and resilience of critical infrastructure.
We welcome contributions from public and private sector practitioners, researchers, and students. The editorial committee reviews all submissions and will advise contributors accordingly.
