Process Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to define, visualize, measure, and improve processes. The intent of process management is to continuously improve processes in order to deliver the most value to users, clients, and stakeholders. Professionals with skills and knowledge of process managements strategies are in high demand by successful organizations in the private and public sector.
This certificate program allows participants to master the skills required to improve strategically important processes. The curriculum includes 7 modules that cover a specific pathway to achieve excellent results with process improvement.
Outcomes
- Learn and apply methodologies for documenting, measuring, analyzing, and improving key processes
- Complete a Process Impact Assignment that implements process tools and techniques to a current workplace process

Process Impact Assignment
Throughout the program, candidates will be completing a Process Impact Assignment. This assignment provides a real life opportunity to use the tools introduced in the program. Module 7 is your opportunity to share your experiences with other candidates and certified individuals by presenting your Process Impact Assignment. Certified individuals are welcome to attend Module 7 as many times as they wish to network, to learn from others, and to provide positive feedback and encouragement.
