Geofrey Ochala

Geofrey Ochola has over 12 years of experience in developing and implementing skills and capacity-building frameworks and programs. Currently, he leads the Skills Development And Employment Services the International Labour Organization (ILO). Geofrey has collaborated closely with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, providing technical guidance in the development of legal documents and policies related to skills development, TVET, youth programs, and employment services.
He is passionate about meaningful youth engagement and strengthening the capacities of Youth-Led Organisations.
