Why Did You Want to Become a Mentor?
I became a mentor because I find value in positions that help communities, such as Carleton’s student body. I was a mentee in my first year, and I remember finding comfort in knowing there was someone I can ask any question I have, especially since many of the usual offices for Carleton’s facilities became virtual. I love that it allows me to gain experience at my university, and use my extroverted personality to make a positive impact on others.
