Johana Montero-Ortiz, B.Sc.N, M.Sc.N candidate, is a Simulation Facilitator and Registered Nurse passionate about advancing nursing education. An advocate for global health and innovation, she has led interprofessional simulation training in collaboration with UNITAR, McGill, and the Ottawa hospitals. Specializing in obstetric and trauma care, Johana is dedicated to supporting learners, fostering teamwork, and promoting patient safety.
