Students will be moving into residence during the week of Thursday, September 1 to Sunday, September 4 (inclusive). There will be additional traffic congestion on campus near the Bronson Ave. entrance and around the residence precinct during that week as we expect 800 students daily, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Parking Lot 7, located north of the roundabout, will be used as a drive-through area for students and their parents to pick up key packages/building assignments. Parking Lot 7 will be closed and off-limits for parking from Monday, August 29 through to Sunday, September 4, to allow for time to set up for move-in. Anyone who normally parks in Parking Lot 7 can use Parking Lot 6 or the P18 garage. In an effort to manage traffic, parking around the residences (including in front of Residence Commons (P17), St. Patrick’s Lane (P15) and the south section of Lot 6 near Leeds House) will be temporarily closed Thursday, September 1 to Sunday, September 4. Library Road between Mackenzie Building and Minto CASE will be closed and restricted to local traffic only during move-in hours.

OC Transpo buses will be rerouted from Campus Avenue to University Drive during move-in. Access to campus is available at Stadium Way (right in/right out) going south bound on Bronson or at Colonel By Drive. Thank you for your patience as we welcome students back to residence!
