Shannon Toomey

Shannon Toomey graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. in Criminology with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Shannon has been with the RCMP since 2015 and her research interests include evidence-based decision-making, police use of force, critical incidents, and mental health. She also has experience with geo-spatial mapping and is pursuing a graduate certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Durham College.
