Tori is currently a Ph.D. student in Psychology at Carleton University. She received both her B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.A. in Psychology from Carleton University.
Research Interests: Police use of force and de-escalation; use of mobile crisis intervention teams; use of tactical teams.
Dissertation: Evaluating the effectiveness of a proactive community outreach and support team
