eShop will be undergoing a regularly scheduled upgrade from November 4th (9pm) – November 6th (12pm).  On Monday, November 7th, you will see two key changes take effect.

1) Change to location of requisition approval action. Currently, an approver can act on a requisition by accessing the menu on the left or right side of the screen (as seen below).

As of November 7th, the menu on the left-hand side will move to the right-hand side under the ‘additional options’ dots.

2) Change to the Forms experience. Currently, when you open one of the forms in eShop (such as the Cheque Requisition form, the Purchase Requisition form or one of the forms for any of the Internal Service Providers), the form opens in a new window.

Current view:

As of November 7th, the forms will open within the eShop application. The forms will also be updated to a new experience. While the form’s functionality will remain the same, they will be updated to a new look and feel.
