NEW: Before submitting your booking request, please review the recent changes to the types of events Production Services now supports. If you have any questions about whether your event would be considered in scope for support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to productionservices@carleton.ca.

Also, please note:

Due to high demand and resource limitations, we require a minimum of 15 business days’ lead time for booking events. Depending on complexity, more time may be required.
Events booked with fewer than 10 business days’ notice will be charged overtime labour rates (after hours/weekend). This includes significant last minute changes to event requirements within this timeframe.
Events booked with fewer than five days’ notice will also be charged a late booking fee of $275.
Overtime rates will be charged on technician hours that exceeds seven hours in one day.
A technician is required at all times for the duration of your event.
