Supportive Smart Homes represents the application of well-being and other assessment technology with associated analytics to derive knowledge and information from the sensor data such that the resident can be directly supported in their independence. This can include well-being assessment information to support care plans through to real time feedback from the home systems to provide reminders or other care actions.
