Whether you are just starting your social media platforms or continuing with well establish channels, please review these guidelines to ensure consistency and standards are being upheld across all Carleton related social platforms. If you are thinking about creating a new account, please contact us beforehand so we can add your account to the social media directory.
Social Media Working Group/Roundtable
The university has a Social Media Working Group/Roundtable to discuss social media trends, share analytics and reporting, learn best practices, etc. If you administer or create content for social media channels you are encouraged to join. Please contact DUC to get involved.
Joining the group will provide access to a shared editorial calendar for social media posts and insights into our social media monitoring and listening tools

The social media directory lists all University social media channels, the content they typically release, and their intended audiences. To have your account added to the directory, contact DUC here.
