Excellence in Blended and Online Teaching Award Application Form

The Excellence in Blended and Online Teaching Award recognizes faculty members and contract instructors whose teaching in blended, HyFlex or online environments has had an exceptional impact on student learning. There is one award annually in the amount of $1,500.
