Using the Teams app (recommended)

Using the Teams app avoids having to log into the Teams web interface: teams.microsoft.com. With the Teams app, you enter your credentials just once: JaneDoe@cunet.carleton.ca and password.

MANAGED PC, Carleton Staff/Faculty

• Managed PC (e.g. Staff/faculty image on cunet domain): Microsoft Teams app is pre-installed in the Carleton Carleton staff/faculty Windows 10 image
  
  Run the Microsoft Teams app and enter your full email address: JaneDoe@cunet.carleton.ca & password

UNMANAGED PC

• Unmanaged PC, (e.g. non-Carleton image and your computer account has privileges to install applications): teams.microsoft.com/downloads

MAC USERS

1. Download and install Microsoft Teams for Mac: teams.microsoft.com/download

2. Run the Microsoft Teams app and enter your full email address: JaneDoe@cunet.carleton.ca & password.
