Jamie Burton is an innovator, systems designer, and entrepreneur whose work explores how organizations can create the conditions for human potential to emerge.

For more than two decades, Jamie has designed technologies, strategies, and organizational frameworks that help leaders navigate complexity by better understanding people. Her work spans workforce transformation, artificial intelligence, adaptive systems, and organizational design, grounded in the belief that human potential is dynamic and that the systems we build ultimately shape what people can contribute.

Jamie is the creator of nationally recognized initiatives and data-driven technologies that have helped organizations rethink workforce design, talent development, and organizational performance. Rather than approaching accessibility as an end, she has used it as a proving ground for designing systems that are more resilient, adaptable, and effective for the full spectrum of human experience.

An internationally recognized speaker, Jamie has shared her work with business, government, and global audiences, including the Toronto Global Forum and United Nations events. She is the recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Rogers Woman of the Year Award for Entrepreneurship, the Microsoft Community Leadership Award, and BMO’s Innovation and Global Growth Award.
