Justyna has over 20 years of educational experience. Currently, she works as an Instructional Design Coordinator at Teaching and Learning Services, Carleton University. Prior to joining Carleton University, Justyna worked on various training and e-learning development projects in the private and public sectors in Canada. Preceding that, she worked as an instructional designer and language instructor at a South Korean University.
Justyna specializes in inclusive and accessible educational design and visual design. From the onset of her professional career, she has put great emphasis on creating engaging, inviting, and inclusive learner experiences, with a strong focus on accessible content delivery and a balance of aesthetics and function.
