ACT Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Accessible Career Transitions program. Please complete the following registration form which will be sent to an ACT staff member for review. Alternatively, please feel free to email act@carleton.ca or phone (613) 520-6611 and provide your name and student number. Once reviewed, an ACT staff member will contact you to book an intake appointment to provide information about the ACT program and to discuss your interests, skills and any accommodations needs related to employment!
