I specialize in deferred legacy gifts, which provide extraordinary opportunities for people who want to make a difference well past their lifetime. We can help people plan for tomorrow—to think about how they want to be remembered or honour a loved one, while achieving their philanthropic goals.
I am fortunate to work with people who are trying to make higher education more accessible. I came from a single-parent family, and education was a financial struggle. I finished with student debt that took years to pay off. I can appreciate the challenges today’s students face.
Many of the donors I work with received financial aid when they were students too. They remember what it felt like to get help, and now they want to help others. It makes me feel proud to be a part of their journey.
