The Tory Society is a unique giving society, established to recognize Carleton’s most generous and loyal donors. It is named after Henry Marshall Tory, Carleton’s founder and first president.
Members receive special benefits, including a welcome package, communications on the impact of donations as well as exclusive invitations to special events, such as the Butterfly pre-show, Leadership Luncheons, and annual holiday reception.
Education as a force for good
A gift to Carleton is more than just a donation. It is a beginning of a journey – one in which students embark on life-changing learning experiences, where researchers unlatch doors to discovery, where future leaders find opportunity and academic success, and where together we make a positive impact on our community and beyond.
We ask donors to give not to Carleton, but through Carleton, so that together we can contribute more to the good of society, its economy and institutions, and the health and well-being of citizens around the world.
