Ines Aouatif ( She/Her )

I am a master’s student in Experimental Psychology, specializing in Health Psychology. My research interests center on how psychological mechanisms shape health-related behaviours and overall well-being. In particular, I am interested in exploring the role of self-compassion and mindfulness in promoting healthy behaviours.
