Current Research

The Hu’s FACT lab works at the interface of food science, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, and informatic technologies to advance analytical methods for the sensitive, reliable, comprehensive, high-throughput, sustainable and/or user-friendly characterization of targets relevant to the integrity of agri-food products and safety of the environments of the agri-food systems. There are currently three major research directions that you can find more information in the research page of my lab website: https://carleton.ca/fact-lab/research/
