Pamela Fralick

Driven by a life-long commitment to improving Canadians’ health and well-being, Pamela Fralick has applied her skills as a strategist, communicator and consensus-builder to senior leadership roles in the country’s leading health and advocacy organizations.

A compassionate, curious, results-driven and proven leader in governance, government relations and organizational excellence, she is committed to the highest standards of integrity, risk-exploration, fiscal due diligence, inclusivity and cultural development as foundational building blocks of business success.

Pamela is a trusted executive leader, most recently as President of Innovative Medicines Canada, and prior to that, as CEO of the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Healthcare Association (now HealthCareCAN), the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse and the Collegium of Work and Learning. In her volunteer work, Pamela has Chaired many boards, including CAMH, the Canada Dance Festival, and Outward Bound Canada. Her current board roles are with the Canadian Medical Association, D2R (DNA to RNA), Queen’s School of Policy Studies and Outward Bound International.

Pamela has a BA in French and psychology and an MA in developmental psychology from Carleton University, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Queen’s University. She also holds an ICD.D designation. She is trilingual – in English, French and German.

Pamela was appointed as an alumni representative for a two-year term, effective July 1, 2025, ending June 30, 2027
